This Rosé wine is playful and fragrant, exhibiting a classic salmon hue. It is crafted from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety and originates from the Croatian Danube wine region, specifically the Erdut vineyard, on the Aljmaš mountain position. This Rosé presents slightly more pronounced, jammy berry fruit aromas than traditional offerings. Classified as semi-dry, it features a honeyed sweetness that gracefully envelops the palate, facilitating excellent food pairing opportunities.

Our Rosé wine is an ideal accompaniment to various appetisers, particularly those featuring cottage cheese and young cheese complemented by honey, raspberries, and a few mint leaves. Additionally, it pairs excellently with a fruity summer salad that includes watermelon and nectarines, pink macarons, or the classic Pavlova topped with strawberries. For individuals who prefer savoury dishes, we recommend pairing it with shrimp risotto enhanced by a hint of curry, as the sweetness of the wine harmonises beautifully with the spices.
